Our standard shipping service for the 48 contiguous states is UPS and USPS.

Please allow 4-7 business days for ground delivery.
UPS next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day express are also available at actual cost.

For Proper delivery, you must provide a street address (no P.O.Box).

We ship orders Monday through Friday.
We do not ship on weekends.

If you place an order before 2PM(EST), we ship out on the same day (except weekends and holidays). All orders submitted after 2PM(EST) will be shipped out on the following business day.
We are not responsible for delayed delivery or lost package.
* There will be a $10.00 fee added to any order for address corrections or changes after the order has been shipped

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

Returns

All sales are final unless the return is for but not limited to, defective, broken, or wrong items shipped. We inspect all merchandise before they are shipped out to ensure there are no defects.
No items can be returned unless they are manufacture defects (workmanship or material). If there are manufacture defects, merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the invoice date in unused and unworn condition with Return Authorization number.

Please note that your original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways for exchanges unless you received a wrong or damaged item.

A defective item(s) may be replaced or repaired at our discretion.

If an item is out of stock and/or cannot be repaired, company credit will be issued.
There will be no exchanges or credit on merchandise that is not defective.
All sales are final.

R.A number must be clearly labeled on the outside of your return package.
Items returned without an R.A number will not be accepted.

For any returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or delivery refusal, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase, minus original shipping cost and return shipping cost, as well as a 30% restocking fee.
